About Patricia

While my bachelor's was in Human Services, I wanted to develop my love for movement and coaching, and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with a specialty in Corrective Exercise. My passion is to educate and train kids, youth, and adults, on how their to optimize their own movement to prevent injuries and maximize their movement potential, and to create a love for an active lifestyle by making exercise an enjoyable and sustainable part of the day. I have coached college cross-country running for 6 years, middle-school cross-country for 1 year, and have volunteered as a fitness coach for 3 years.
