Hi. I would like to introduce myself to all of those on Care. com that are seeking reliable, credible care for themselves or a family member. My name is Patricia. I live in the Highlands Ranch area. I have been working in Senior Care for the past 13 years as a Resident Program Manager, creating and implementing all of the programs for a community of 160 seniors. Later, I worked as an Asst. until COVID changed everything and I decided to take a step back and change up the plan. I have a passion for serving others, especially our Elders with dignity, respect and tons of laughter. You can teach a skill set to someone and they may master it; however, you cannot teach compassion, empathy, integrity and kindness. Those are my strengths, along with a degree in Human Services coupled with years of experience . serving others.

Pat is incredibly knowledgeable about how to treat delicate situations. She has so much understanding of dementia and so many other areas that we need her. She calmed my mom down immediately and was so attentive to her needs and respectful of her. She showed so much compassion and understanding for our entire situation and I felt that her background in mental health was almost vital to hiring her. She is one of the good ones out there for sure!!!!
