About Patricia

Cessa (Patricia — she goes by "Cessa" so it's easier for kids to pronounce) is the most stellar caregiver we've had, hands down. My son absolutely loves her, and it's mutual, she treats him like he's her own. She makes every day fun, constantly inventing games and activities, and she's become the center of social energy in his life. She's always out and about with him, introducing him to new experiences and new people. Honestly, half our neighborhood knows my son because of her. Beyond the day-to-day care, she's incredibly reliable: she's consistently about 30 minutes early, always willing to stay later if we need the extra help, and communicates clearly and reasonably about scheduling. She also keeps our kitchen spotless, somehow managing that while never missing a beat with my son. What really sets her apart is that she operates like a true team member, not just a nanny. Her mindset is that anything a parent would do to make the household run smoothly, she can and will do too. She's part nanny, part house manager, and it's made an enormous difference for our family. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and I recommend her without reservation to any family looking for a full-time nanny.
