We had Patty watching our baby for three months for three days a week. During that time she was generally dependable and usually arrived 10 minutes early each day. While she was watching our son we weren't worried for his welfare. She took him for walks and kept him entertained. However, when my family came down with COVID and we were still coughing after a week, we discussed Patty returning after a total of two weeks so as to not expose her. The Wednesday before she was set to return she advised that she would not be coming back for personal reasons leaving us without childcare.
