We hired Patsy four years ago as a full time nanny for our then four year old daughter. Since then, until the time we mutually and amicably parted ways (we no longer needed her full-time and a twice daily, hour plus commute for her was not practical) she has been an integral part of our family. Not only did she take amazing care of our daughter, she cared for all of us. She has a work ethic and a commitment to her job that is truly unparalleled in my experience. She is punctual, adaptable, loving, kind, patient and oh my goodness she is FUN. She helped with groceries, laundry, tidying, dog care- anything she could do to make our lives easier. She was never on her phone and never rushing to get out the door when her shift ended. I could not recommend Patsy more highly.
