About Patrice

Hello! I am an upcoming senior finishing up my degree in Psychology, and I am working to have a career with children specifically. I have been looking after little ones as long as I can remember, but I officially started around 6 years ago. I worked for 2 years in a daycare setting taking care of 12 toddlers as a teacher aid, but have found that I prefer working with families directly through nannying and babysitting. I love spending time with kids outside, learning about the environment around us. When not outside, we can also be found doing some type of crafts. I typically avoid screentime and try to occupy kids with other materials I can find! I also like keeping the kids included with whatever I'm doing, as they learn through this and it keeps them occupied. When I'm not working, I am outside looking for more places to explore, or I am inside doing one of my many hobbies.
