About Pat

I'd describe my personality as having a sense of humor, compassionate, and creative. I like tutoring because I love working with children to help them enjoy the learning process. I'm looking for a job that enables me to show students that learning new things can be fun, interesting, and beneficial. As a teacher, I started tutoring when I realized that sometimes students needed extra help outside of the classroom. In my spare time, I love to spend time in nature and going for long walks with Max, my horse! One thing you should know about me is that kids enjoy working with me because I'm easy to get along with, very creative in my approach, and truly care about their success. My skills include math, reading comprehension, and creative writing. I also love to conduct acting workshops
