About Pat

Learning is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding students toward their goals. With three years of experience, I create engaging and patient learning environments where students feel supported and can thrive. I adapt my teaching by listening and observing, varying my strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I celebrate successes and break down complex problems to build momentum. Communication is essential, so I provide regular updates. I have some graduate school experience. I can help with English, Computers, and Art. I am comfortable with pets and have current CPR training and First Aid certifications. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring, and I would love to help you experience many of your own!
