With proper care and feeding I can substitute your nutrition to healthy without changing your diet. Well prepared food creates energy. My background; 10 years as a radiology technologist working in hospitals and clinics. Flight attendant for 13 years and the go to source for in-flight emergencies. I am currently working with a 95 yr gentleman who progressed from difficulty getting out of chair and minimal weight bearing to biking, walking, and strength exercise. His life has turned around. My female client at 95 has dementia/Alzheimer and actively participates in exercise. There are many ways to enhance one's life.
