We love Paris. She’s sweet, honest, communicative, and reliable. She went out of her way for the family (e.g. picking up prescriptions on her off hours) and took initiative to solve problems that a lesser caregiver would’ve ignored (advocating for hearing aid adjustments). She even reached out to previous caregivers to find out the best way to support my mother in law, who can be challenging. She was always empathetic,patient, and compassionate, even when she didn’t get that energy reciprocated.
