Although I've only been paid to work with them for a year. I am currently a foster group home house parent I have been a camp counselor, and nanny with an agency, and more. I'd describe my personality as silly, energetic, comforting I like working with kids because I can be a good influence for them. She was wonderful with our son, who has autism, and was such a kind, loving, and dependable caregiver. She worked with him in the mornings, providing habilitation, helping with his routine before school, and making sure he got to school safely and on time. She was always punctual, reliable, and came to work with a positive attitude. She was also very open to feedback and willing to learn, and if she was unsure about something, she was comfortable asking questions. She genuinely cared about him and was wonderful to have working with our family. I would absolutely recommend her to another family.
