About Paola

I am an experienced teacher with four years of professional experience in early childhood education. My responsibilities include following a structured daily schedule, welcoming students, leading creative art and play activities, supervising snack and meal times, organizing outdoor play, and supporting rest periods. I am dedicated to fostering a positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where children feel valued and inspired to learn. I am originally from El Salvador and hold a degree in Communication. I am passionate about working with children and take great joy in supporting their growth and development. I value the meaningful connections built through learning together-both teaching them and learning from them in return. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I bring cultural understanding, empathy, and enthusiasm to every classroom, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
