About Paola

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. With five years of experience, I empower elementary students to build critical thinking and problem-solving skills that foster long-term success. I hold a college degree and specialized training in Individualized Education Programs (IEP). By actively listening to how you interact with new material, I adapt my methods-using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open dialogue-to suit your specific needs. I keep learning engaging by connecting complex concepts to your personal interests and celebrating every small victory along the way. I believe clear, consistent communication with both you and your parents is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Seeing your confidence flourish as you master new skills is truly the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to supporting your educational journey.
