Miss Paola was so wonderful for our family. I worked from home, and I never once heard her raise her voice to my two toddler boys, though I don't accomplish that most days, myself. She was invested in them learning good behavior and how to treat people right. She cared for both their physical safety and their emotional security. I appreciated that she tracked how discipline efforts for my 3 year old at one point led him to say he was bad instead of he was choosing bad. I was able to explain the difference to him and we both adjusted our actions and words to support that. My very clingy one year old was excited to see her and started to go to her by the end. She kept a consistent schedule, which my kids found reliable and comfortable and they got outside everyday. She was never on her phone or otherwise distracted while taking care of my kids, which I really appreciated. She always cleaned and tidied before leaving and was very conscientious with asking as early as possible for any time off she needed. We would hire back Miss Paola in a second if the opportunity came.
