About Paola

I am currently going to start in person training and after that earn my Home Health Aide (HHA) certification. When I do, I will finally be able to do what I've been wanting to do! My goal is that hopefully by the end of this month or the next I will be available to accept work. About me and the role/roles I will take on as a caregiver: I'm passionate about supporting the well-being of adults and seniors. My approach is patient and compassionate, and I strive to create a comfortable environment for everyone I care for. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation, and I always follow the family's preferred method of communication, offering regular updates via text or phone call.
