Paola was very good at the work, however she knew that I was interviewing other candidates and I had shortlisted her after all the agreements on rate and timing etc. I told her that if she does not plan to continue then she should tell me now as I have other candidates in the pipeline and I am letting go of them as wr have agreed. She said she was fine, however after 3 to 4 weeks she kept on limiting her availability, though I was adjusting to here schedule. One fine week she messaged me that she wont be coming going forward as her other job needed her more , I requested her to cover me till I find someone but she stopped responding to me leaving me and my family in urgency to find her replacement. She could have told her other job that she had other commitments and that she would need some time to go on full schedule but she did not cooperate with me.
