Paola is caring, attentive, and flexible to accommodate the demands of two working parents. We would have kept her if we would not have moved abroad. Our children adore her because she is always thinking about little details that would support them better. From a backup water bottle if we forgot to pack one to a little gift they have been talking about. She listens to them and to us as parents and then shows all of us that she did. We trusted Paola over weekends, absences from both of us and we have taken her on vacation with us. In all settings it has been a pleasure to have her around. I fully recommend her without any reservation.
