I hired Paola to come on a Saturday 2 weeks after my initial contact with her. I contacted her 1 week in advance to confirm that she will show up if not, let me know so that I can find someone else--to which she confirmed. Then on the confirmed day, she just didn't show up. No answer until many hours later. I find this very irresponsible.
