Hello! My name is Paola, I have eight years of experience as a certified teacher, I'm passionate about helping elementary and middle school students unlock their potential. I hold a bachelor's degree in Elementary Ed. and create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I adapt my teaching through different strategies, regular check ins, and feedback. I keep students motivated by connecting topics to their interests, celebrating successes, and breaking down complex problems. Communication is essential to understand student needs, build trust, and create collaboration. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and growing confidence is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring.
