About Paola

Hi! I'm Lola. I'm a Montessori teacher trained through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) at the 3-6 age level. I'll be earning my Montessori teaching diploma in May 2026. After that, I plan to continue teacher training at the 0-3 age level. I also spent three years working at Anchorage Montessori School. Beyond Montessori, I worked with a wide variety of families for over 10 years. I've cared for children of all ages and personalities, including kids with intellectual disabilities. My years of experience have shaped who I am as a caregiver and taught me so much about patience, communication, and connection. Outside of my academic and professional life, I'm outdoorsy and enjoy spending time in nature whenever the weather permits and preparing healthy meals.
