About Paola A
Experience: 3 yrs
I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized support. With a college degree and three years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I actively listen to students and observe how they engage with new material, adapting my teaching methods with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems to maintain motivation. Communication is key, and I prioritize building trust with both students and parents. It's rewarding to witness a student's "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I have experience with challenging students, and I would love to help you with any of your students!
