My approach is patient, compassionate, and professional, and I always pay close attention to detail. I earned my high school degree and am fluent in both English and Spanish. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I also assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I have experience with dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I communicate with families using their preferred method. Understanding a person's history is important to me. I have a car, and I am comfortable with pets.
