Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. With three years of experience providing care to adults and seniors, I've learned the value of patience and empathy. I learned much more about empathy and giving back when my dear mother became ill and I provided cared for her for about 15 years. I really enjoy working with elders and those who physical challenges. I strive to make the home environment warm and peace filled. I am very flexible with scheduling needs. I'm skilled in offering respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands and shopping. I can also provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
