With over 25 years of experience, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care. My background includes some college, along with current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether through written daily reports or verbal updates. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I became a caregiver because I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence.
