About Pam

With 18 years of experience in healthcare, including hospice, skilled nursing, and in-home care, I bring both professional knowledge and a heart for older adults. I'm a CNA with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies and experience caring for individuals with dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, and other conditions. But what matters most to me goes beyond physical care. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and needed, regardless of age or ability. A diagnosis doesn't erase a lifetime of experiences, wisdom, personality, or purpose. Whether I'm assisting with daily activities, encouraging independence, sharing a laugh, or simply listening to a story they've told many times, my goal is to help your loved one feel that they still matter. I don't want to simply add years to someone's life. I want to help bring meaning, dignity, and connection to the days they have.
