Caregiving is one of the hardest things a person can take on, and most people are handed that responsibility with little to no preparation or support. After 8 years supporting a family member recovering from an ischemic stroke, I understand first hand how isolating and overwhelming caregiving can be, especially in the early stages. I use that real-world experience to support you - the caregiver - not the patient. I help new and overwhelmed caregivers feel more organized, less stressed, and more confident including creating routines, organizing responsibilities, transition guidance, ongoing support, and helping caregivers avoid burnout so they can sustain the care their loved one needs long term. Please note: This is a non-medical, non-hands-on service. I do not provide direct patient care, meal preparation, or housekeeping. My role is exclusively to support the caregiver. Available virtually by phone or Zoom and in-person.
