My passion stems from a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, while also offering families a reliable care option. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I provide live-in care, transportation, hospice services, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with dementia, medical management, and mobility. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I understand the importance of building a strong connection with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate regularly with families via text or phone call, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
