About Pamela

I am a retired speech and language therapist. I worked in a public school setting for 35 years, mostly at the elementary level. I have also worked at the high school. I have been working as a full-time nanny since my retirement in June 2012. Prior to that time, I was babysitting on a regular basis on Saturday and on an occasional basis for a number of families, most of whom were medical residents at Strong Hospital. I am the mother of two grown children who are attending college, which is why I continue to work. I want to be able to help them with college expenses. I come from a large family of seven children. I spent a good deal of my early teens babysitting my three young sisters. I enjoy children and they usually like me as well. I am very focused on safety when babysitting.
