I don't write reviews. But Pamela earned this one. I've gone through maybe 30 cleaners in the last ten years. Most were fine. Some were good. None of them made me think about writing a review. Pamela works like she has something to prove, except I don't think that's it — I think this is just how she's wired. She shows up and she's moving with purpose from start to finish. Not rushing. Not performing. Just operating at a level that's hard to find. The other thing I'll say is that she communicates like a professional in any field, not just this one. She's sharp, she's thoughtful, and there's a polish to how she carries herself that you don't expect and immediately appreciate. I'm not easy to impress. She impressed me.
