Pam worked for us as an overnight nanny four nights a week from the time our son came home from the NICU at three weeks until he started sleeping through the night at 4 months. She was always on time, was very conscious of the schedule we had the baby on, didn’t mind our dogs and cat, and was just an overall joy to have in our home.
