Pamela (Pam, PamCakes) was our nanny from when our son was 4 months old until he was 1 and a half years old, including throughout the pandemic. It was only cut short due to her having to move out of state, otherwise we would have continued working with Pam! Pamela demonstrated exceptional care, thoughtfulness, and responsibility in her role. She was actively engaged with our son, ensuring his safety while fostering his development through various activities. Pamela's proactive approach extended beyond childcare, as she also adeptly managed meal preparation and engaged our son in stimulating activities. Her commitment to creating a nurturing environment was evident in her attentive and loving demeanor. Pamela proved to be easy to communicate with and was receptive to feedback, which facilitated a harmonious working relationship. Her professionalism and genuine care for our son's well-being were evident throughout her tenure with us. We wholeheartedly recommend Pamela as a nanny and are confident that she will continue to positively impact the lives of the children she cares for. Pam has visited us multiple times since she moved, including surprising our son on his 4th birthday. We highly recommend her!
