We interviewed Pam for a nanny position for our 3 month old daughter. Pam showed up for the interview on time with work history and several reference letters in hand. Being new parents, we had a long list of questions and she answered every one with thought and honesty. She obviously has a passion for caring for children and has made it her life work. Her reference letters alone speak for themselves. Pam seems like a caring and loving person as well as an excellent 'employee'. Unfortunately our situation prevented us from hiring Pam but we would have in a second if things had worked out.
