With a graduate degree and 30 years of experience, I'm a certified teacher dedicated to creating engaging and supportive learning environments. I tailor my approach to each student's unique learning style by actively listening and varying my teaching strategies. I connect challenging topics to their interests, celebrate successes, and encourage curiosity. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents to foster a collaborative environment. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I can help with English, test preparation, and study skills at the student's home or library.
