Horrid nanny--she came to work for us for two days and quit by only giving us 10 days notice; it took us ages to find one person to begin with. Additionally, her rationale for leaving was because she is "a professional" and our "children don't listen." We have two toddlers (ages 3 and 1); you cannot expect adult behavior from such young kids. So, if you are parents seeking toddler care--do not hire. You'll go through the entire interview process just to have her leave shortly thereafter--while passing up on more reliable, dependable care givers.
