Experience: 10 yrs
I have worked as a caregiver for over 20 years. My duties include but are not limited to assisting clients with personal care, including companionship, dressing, mobility, fitness activities, medication reminders, personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, transportation to appointments and running errands. I enjoy providing assistance to those needing help with tasks they cannot achieve on their own. Taking on the most challenging task have enabled many of my clients to be more energetic in doing the things they enjoy doing the most. My expertise that I have acquired that makes me an excellent caregiver is my patience, being compassionate, being trustworthy and reliable. I take pride in the work that I do. I became really interested in becoming a caregiver after taking care of both of my ill parents. My parents wanted to remain in the comfort of their own home.
One of my close relatives who’s declining in her health needed assistance with her daily routine and Pamela was highly recommended by a coworker. I was skeptical at first but I’m glad that I chose her. Upon meeting Pamela for the first time she was very professional and she immediately got started with the task at hand. She prepares meals, does the laundry, and transportation assistance when needed. Pamela has been an incredible caregiver for my relative, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care and compassion she brings every single day. From the moment she started, it was clear that Pamela truly cares about the well-being and comfort of her clients. She is not only professional and reliable, but also warm, patient, and attentive. My relative feels safe, respected, and genuinely enjoys the care that Pamela is providing. Tish Her kindness and dedication have brought peace of mind to our entire family. We highly recommend Pam to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate caregiver. She’s truly a gem.
