About Pamela

I bring over 20 years of hands-on caregiving experience supporting seniors in their own homes, along with extensive experience leading caregiving teams. My background includes hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and on-call support. At this stage, I am intentionally stepping back from leadership and focusing on what I love most, providing exceptional one-on-one care as a dedicated caregiver. My experience includes supporting individuals with Alzheimer's and sundowning, stroke recovery, mobility challenges, and evolving health needs. I bring strong instincts, patience, consistency, and genuine care into every home. I am currently available Tuesdays and Thursdays, and every other Wednesday, with occasional evening and weekend availability. I have excellent references and would be happy to share my resume.
