I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with an aging parent. While working full-time, I cared for my mother as dementia progressed, assisting with meals, personal care, mobility, daily routines, and keeping her engaged. Just as important were companionship, conversation, and simply being present. That experience is why I'm drawn to companion care. I'd like to be the dependable person I once needed for my own mother--someone who can prepare meals, provide light housekeeping, run errands, encourage activity, and offer genuine companionship. I am a Registered Nurse with hospice and acute-care experience, a CNA I/II background, and a degree in business management. I'm organized, dependable, active, and calm, but I'm specifically seeking non-medical companion care. I enjoy cooking, am comfortable with pets, have reliable transportation, and prefer a non-smoking home. I'm available during daytime hours on Wed and Friday.
