About Pamela

Hi Folks, I am a (certified) Geriatric Care Manager who is transitioning to a caregiver because I missed the one on one contact (best part of my job)and I'd rather wear sneakers than heels at this point! I have decades of experience helping people to stay happy, healthy and as independent as possible in a variety of settings and I derive satisfaction from supporting people to thrive and live their best life. I understand the desire to maintain individuality and independence as well as the losses that sometime come with aging. I'm mature and vibrant; strong, healthy and active; pet friendly (excluding reptiles!) proactive and curious; and I would be an attentive(and hopefully interesting)companion for you or your loved one. You would be getting more than the average caregiver because I am experienced with coordinating medical care and med management if needed. In previous work roles I instructed the caregivers and planned care.. Most importantly. I've been told I'm just plain nice.
