About Pamela

Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine. With 10 years of experience caring for children from early childhood through elementary. I bring a patient and friendly approach to every interaction. I hold a college degree with a bachelors in Psychology and minor in Applied Behavioral Science. With my degree I have worked in an elementary specialized Autism classroom since 2021. With that experience I have acquired a large skillset focusing on behavior, life skills, and academics. I ensure focused attention and personalized care. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I am happy to provide carpooling and out of home supervision. I pride myself with strong communication between myself and the child's parents / caregivers and will follow parents' preferred communication methods. Supporting families and witnessing children's growth is incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to the opportunity to share my skills and enthusiasm with your family.
