About Pamela

Hello, my name is Pamela, and I am a dedicated child care professional with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. I spent two decades working with Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) as an Early Education Educator, where I supported children at various developmental stages and worked closely with children with diverse abilities and special needs. This experience shaped my patient, nurturing, and inclusive approach to child care. In addition to my public-school background, I have four years of experience in the private education sector, allowing me to provide more individualized care and build strong partnerships with families. I hold my Early Childhood Education credential and am committed to creating a safe, structured, and loving environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I also operated a licensed day care for four years, caring for children from 2 months to 2 years old.
