For a 1st time mom of twins, I wasn't really sure if I'd find someone that would meet my needs. I interviewed a few applicants via Care.com and Pam's history and knowledge was what I was looking for and once she met the girls and our family in person I knew it would be a great match ! We were so lucky to be able to find someone so great on the 1st try! Pam cared for my baby girls as if they were her own granddaughters! Pam looked after my girls while I worked from home for about 4 months (3mo-8 mo). She followed my feeding/sleep schedules, worked on the girls mental and physical development, gave me notes at the end of every day, and even suggested things I should try. Saying she was an AMAZING help for me is an understatement ! She is honestly now a permanent part of our family and if it was in our budget to keep a full time nanny all year round I would ! The only reason we ended services was due to our budget ending for nanny services best of luck on your future endeavors Pam !
