About Me: I live in Mandarin, have been married for 30 years and home-schooled for 20 years. After our children graduated I decided to become a Nanny. I love caring for infants, and teaching children using fun play and creativity. My real strength's are helping to schedule newborns, teaching and training little ones using a variety of reading, talking, sights, and sounds and using classical music. A great benefit of reading to them at an early age is the difference it makes when they begin to talk and then go on to read. Years ago I worked in the NICU at four local hospitals. As an area director, my duties were to hire, train, and to have top security clearance into the NICU to photograph premature newborns. I personally dressed and photographed over 1, 500 babies. I thoroughly enjoyed my work. I have grown up in Jacksonville and live with my husband, and our 4 dogs. I am available for preliminary phone interviews to see if we are a good match.
