10 years of experience have fueled my passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide with some college, I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on people's lives. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I provide respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
