I wholeheartedly recommend Pam as a PCA! Pam was hired by myself, the client, and his family. Pam was caring, self-reliant, cheerful, extremely flexible, and a hard working. She always arrived at or by the expected time and fulfilled the necessary duties and did many other tasks, as well. She was professional, neat, and seemed well rested. Pam was able to assist the client with exercises - as she has training in PT. During her care of the client she demonstrated gentleness and she tried to find and create ways to support his wishes, showing her deep compassion. I was so relieved to have Pam as a team member - though, since she joined the team in August, I only had the privilege of knowing her for a number of weeks, as the client had entered Hospice Care and passed away in late September. I am glad to be a reference for Pam. My experience with her was ALL positive! I can recommend Pam for anyone needing general care of adults and home maintenance. Sincerely, Karuna B.
