I am a mom of 2 adult children who have their own lives, and I also have a grandson with special needs. He is our miracle child. So I have some experience with him. I also have 2 other grandchildren now, both are 1 years old, no they are not twins. My children love to have me come stay the weekend and keep my grandchildren. Being a grandparent is the best thing in the world. This is one of the reasons I decided to become a professional Nanny. I get the best of both worlds. I have always loved children, and my sister calls me a baby whisper. She says I have a way with them. I will love your child the same way I love my own.

Mrs. Pam has been our son's nanny for a year and its been an amazing experience! She is always prompt, able to adapt to our ever changing work schedules and she is an exceptional caretaker. She has the ability of matching our parenting style, while also offering ideas when we request guidance for techniques that worked well with past clients. We discussed early on that she is his nanny first, and any household chores come second to anything he needs. What I didn't expect (our son is our first child) is that she made the chores fun to the point that our son looks forward to helping with them. There is no value that can be placed on caring for a child like that, and going well beyond the contract expectations. The only reason that I haven't locked her into for a 3 year contract is that my employer is relocating my position to another state.
