About Pamela

Hello, I'm semi-retired after years of service at MUSC in the field continuing Medical Education as a Program Coordinator. I began caregiving prior to retirement part time. I have previously managed a home with a full 24 hr schedule of caregivers to provide care for a husband and wife with dementia and cancer. During the last 10 years I have cared for patients with Parkinson's, Short term memory loss as well as dementia. My keen intuition to assess and implement the appropriate care in a respectful and compassionate demeanor is of most importance to clients. I enjoy helping others and find it to be a rewarding addition to my daily life. I can happily provide references who can confirm my character and ability to be a safe, respectable, trusted person who provides compassion, kindness and patience.
