I can provide pet sitting in your home and I am fine with overnights as long as I can bring my 2 pound dog. She does not need to mix with your dogs as she will be in a human playpen and can be closed in another room if necessary. I owned an in-home pet sitting service for about 20 years in Chicago IL where dogs stayed in my home when owners were on vacation. I also founded and was president of for about 15 years. When I was president of the rescue, most of the dogs I fostered were dogs with medical issues or behavior problems so I am very comfortable with almost any issue. In fact, I still get calls from people who need medical or behavior advice for their pets. I have many references and am happy to share them with you.
