About Paloma

I'm a compassionate, reliable, and multifaceted caregiver with experience supporting elderly clients and individuals with special needs. I'd describe myself as empathetic, kind, resourceful, caring, and respectful. I enjoy spending quality time with seniors talking, playing games, and learning new things together. I started caring for seniors as a volunteer in 2018, and began working professionally in April 2024. I assist with hygiene, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility, and companionship. I was raised by my grandparents, so understanding older adults comes naturally to me. I'm honest, open-minded, and always willing to learn. Spanish is my first language, and I understand basic to intermediate English. I value communication, trust, and kindness.
