We hired Paloma on the fall of 2017 and she worked with us until May of 2019. We wanted to keep our little one home for his first couple of years but did not know anyone in town. We are lucky to have found Paloma. She is caring, dependable, and very knowledgeable. She was patient with us as new parents and offered her knowledge and advice when we did not know what to do (e.g., when or how to best cut his nails). Our little guy was a very active baby and now toddler. Paloma always kept him occupied and engaged. It was also important for us to make sure that our boy could communicate in Spanish because Paloma is bilingual in English and Spanish, so is he. He has a wonderful bond with Paloma and it has been very rewarding to see him develop into a caring and bright toddler. We couldn't have done it without Paloma. Now our boy is transitioning to Pre-K we will not need Paloma to help as much during the week but she will remain with us during Saturdays. That's how wonderful she has been.
