About Paloma

I have 5 years of experience which consists of working for a family for the duration of infancy to age 3, a family with 2-under-2, and time spent at a daycare facility specifically in the infant room. I have always loved helping family & friends with their young children so when it was time to get a job as teen I was lucky enough to start with a great family and continue in early childcare in the following years. Working in a daycare setting with up to 4 infants under my care taught me how to better multitask and adapt to individual needs while balancing different schedules. I am able to provide care for a fun safe environment to support the happiness and wellbeing of the kids. I value compassion and kindness and see it as a privilege to care for them during such important developmental stages with so many new experiences and learning each day. In addition to childcare, I'm able to help with additional tasks around the house if needed.
